Despite all our commitment and safeguards to good care and service, there may be times when you are dissatisfied with something or even want to make a complaint. You can always discuss your comments with one of our staff members or submit your complaint to us by email: info@ftamsterdam.nl

If we have not been able to handle your complaint satisfactorily, you may apply to the disciplinary board of the Royal Dutch Society for Physical Therapy (KNGF) or the Dutch Association for Manual Therapy (NVMT).
