jaw problems | headaches | dizziness
Lieneke has worked as a physiotherapist since 2001 and after this she completed the Master’s degree in manual therapy at the SOMT. Her case-report was about positional vertigo. Within manual therapy, her special focus is on complaints in the head and neck area (Orofacial Physical Therapy). These include neck pain, jaw problems, somatic tinnitus, certain types of headaches and dizziness.
Lieneke has now accumulated quite a bit of experience. Through extensive continuing education, she applies current knowledge and skills with the patient in mind. In late 2008, Lieneke went to Perth (Australia) for a four-week continuing education with ‘Manual Concepts‘ , to supplement her skills as a manual therapist. In London in 2015, she attended the Vestibular Rehabilitation master class (UCL Ear Institute) to properly manage balance organ problems.
